2. Sharing
Finding housing is often a group task - in which potential roommates collaborate, simultaneously or asynchronously.
Notes
The user can take notes associated with each listing. These notes are shared in the group and are color-coded by author.
Group Favorites
Users share their favorites with other users. A group rating of a listing is automatically computed.
Bulletin Board
Users post coordinating comments to a bulletin board.
Assigning Tasks
Users assign tasks to other users in the GATHERER interface. It is obvious when a given user has a task assigned.
